| EFI Process screen upgrades | The Process EFI screen now opens on unprocessed transactions, with an Unprocessed / Processed / All toggle. Errors and Warnings chips filter to the rows that need attention. A totals bar shows the transaction count, quantity and cost for the whole filtered list. You can show a read-only Current Fuel Meter column from the column chooser, export the current view, and you are asked to confirm before you select Process when warnings or errors are still in the list. Available for all plans. |

| EFI History new columns | EFI History shows a Process Error column you can sort and filter, a Meter Updated column, and a calculated Total $ column. The System column is now labeled Module. Available for all plans. |
| EFI Autoload Load and Process Reports (new page — confirm URL after publication) | The autoload completion email now separates Load totals from Process totals and names the module in the subject line. When a phase has rejected rows, exceptions or failures, a Load Report or Process Report CSV is attached, listing every affected transaction and the reason. Manual load emails are unchanged. Available for all plans that use the EFI autoloader. |

| Skip 0 Quantity Transactions setting (new page — confirm URL after publication) | A Skip 0 Quantity Transactions setting in EFI Module > General Settings rejects zero-quantity rows at load. Each rejected row is listed in the Rejected Transactions grid with its reason and included in the load failure email. The setting is off by default for new modules. Available for all plans. |
| Asset Xref Import and Export (new page — confirm URL after publication) | Load asset cross-references in bulk from a four-column CSV in Imports & Exports: Asset Facility, Asset Number, Xref Description, Xref Value. Existing cross-references are updated, new ones are added, and new cross-reference types are created automatically. A matching export supports review and round-trip edits. Available for all plans. |
| Collapsible Paperless Shop Clock Banner | The Paperless Shop clock controls are now one button in the app bar, next to the Fleet360 logo. It shows Start Shift when you are clocked off, or your shift time plus job, lunch or idle time when you are clocked in. Click it to open every clock action and the current job's work order details. A click opens the panel first; the shift starts from the panel. Available for Advanced and Enterprise plans with Paperless Shop. |
| Open Shift Entries for ongoing jobs | Shift and job entries that started within the last 12 hours can be saved without an end time and completed later. Entries older than 12 hours still need an end time. One open shift per technician; PTO entries are unchanged. Available for Advanced and Enterprise plans with Paperless Shop. |
| Paperless Shop indirect job scroll | The indirect job list in Paperless Shop scrolls, so every code is reachable on smaller screens. Available for Advanced and Enterprise plans with Paperless Shop. |
| Motor Pool reservation backdating | Reservation dates now follow the System Date Range switch, the same posting range used by work order postings and fuel entry. This applies in Schedule Reservation, Request Rental Check Out, Request Rental Return and Check Out Reservation. Return dates stay relative to check-out, and a date outside the range shows a warning. Available with the Motor Pool add-on. |
| Centralized Parts add-to-facilities prompt | After you save a new part, Fleet360 can ask whether to add it to other facilities and let you choose which ones. Facilities with a different master part facility are excluded, and the prompt does not appear when the centralized parts cascade dialog has already appeared. A system switch controls the prompt. Available for all plans with multi-facility parts. |
