Facility File General Tab

The General Tab for the Facility File houses all of the billing and shipping address information for the facility.

These fields include the street address, suite/building number, city, state, zip code, attention to/contact individual, and contact phone number.

These addresses can be the same or different.

The shipping address ZIP/postal code also sets the facility's time zone. Fleet360 looks up the time zone for the postal code when it is saved and uses it for the dates and times recorded for this facility; if the postal code is blank, the facility uses UTC. Refer to Time Zones in Fleet360.
