My Work queue in the Paperless Shop
Shop > My Work lists the work order labor lines queued for you: the jobs assigned to you (plus the unassigned jobs pool when your company has that option on), at your working facility, on lines still open for repair. It is split into Incomplete Jobs, Scheduled Jobs, and Recent Jobs.
When a line appears in your queue
A line shows in My Work when its labor record is pending — assigned to you (or to the unassigned pool, if enabled), at your current facility, flagged as direct labor, on a work order line whose repair status is still open and that is not marked as outside repair.
The three panels
Incomplete Jobs — queued lines that already have time recorded: jobs you clocked on and ended with End-Incomplete (or that were returned to pending after posting).
Scheduled Jobs — queued lines that have a scheduled event dated today or later. A line with a past-dated scheduled event is still in your queue, but it will not show under Scheduled Jobs until it is rescheduled to today or a future date.
Recent Jobs — queued lines on the asset tied to your most recent clock event (the vehicle you last worked).
When a line leaves the queue
Close-Completed ends the line: it leaves My Work entirely — by design, not a refresh issue.
The job you are currently clocked on is not in the list — it is your active job. It returns to the queue only if you end it incomplete.
End-Incomplete sends the line back to pending — it reappears under Incomplete Jobs.
The line also drops off if the work order line’s repair status closes or it is flagged as outside repair, if it is reassigned to a different technician, or if you switch working facility.
Timing and refresh
My Work loads when you open it — it does not update in the background. Lines assigned after you open My Work (or after you Begin Shift and leave My Work open) appear when you close and reopen My Work or refresh the page.
“A line assigned to me isn’t showing”
Close and reopen Shop > My Work (or refresh) — most missing lines are just stale.
Check the line is still assigned to you, at the facility you are working in, on a work order line whose repair status is open, and not marked outside repair.
If the line was Close-Completed, it left My Work by design — reopen the work order line if it was closed in error.
To make a pending line surface under Scheduled Jobs, reschedule its scheduled event to today or a later date — past-dated scheduled events do not show.
