Description

Import/Export Updates

 

PM/Employee exports 

Exports will make it easier to either get a blank template that is pre-populated with data field columns that can be easily filled to import data in bulk the first time or to export the existing data that exists for that export type so that items can be adjusted in bulk and reimported.

Import Part Vendor

Importing will create new part vendor associations using imported information if no matching part vendor is found. If a match is found, the part vendor will be updated.

Extract PO records 

The Extract PO Transactions allows users to export purchase order (PO) transaction data in a user-friendly, readable format. This export can be used for third-party accounting systems, reporting needs, or sharing data with external stakeholders.

Extract WO transactions 

The Extract WO Records feature allows users to export work order transaction data for closed work orders within a specified date range. This feature creates a text file containing all applicable work order transactions and marks each extracted transaction as Extracted to prevent duplicate processing. This process extracts all work order transactions for closed work orders within the selected date range, creates a text file, and marks the transactions as extracted.

Form Updates

 

Custom Form Component Creator

Users can now group multiple custom form fields into a single Custom Component. This allows multiple questions to be answered within one response.

Shop Scheduler Updates

 

Shop Scheduler Time Block 

Time Blocking in the Shop Scheduler gives you precise control over when work can and cannot be scheduled by defining available and unavailable time blocks for bays and technicians. This helps create structured appointment windows, prevent scheduling during downtime, and improve overall shop flow, predictability, and workload balance. When used with Service Requests, Time Blocking ensures customers can only request service during approved time slots, or select an “anytime” option when flexibility is needed.

Integrations Updates

 

Zonar integration 

The Zonar DVIR Integration allows Fleet360 users to import Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports (DVIRs) submitted through Zonar directly into Fleet360. This integration helps streamline inspection workflows by ensuring driver-reported vehicle issues captured in Zonar are visible and actionable within Fleet360 without manual re-entry.
