New in Integrations

Asset Location with Telematics

When connected to RTA with GPS Insight or Geotab, the Asset file will now allow for a view of the vehicle's last known location on a map-view. This requires the integration, and also the hardware installed on the vehicle from the telematics provider. 

Warranty Tracking Enhancements

Part Warranty Pop Up

A new pop up ensures proper notification to the technicians when a part has an active warranty on it and the tech confirms they are aware of the active warranty.

Warranty Claim Deny Reasons

Improve warranty claim details by using the new reason codes available for warranty claim denials

Part Warranty Return Verifications

Provides a verification process that certain users over inventory and warranty claims will have to approve/verify that the part has physically been returned to the parts store, or the line cannot be closed.

Email Claims to Vendors

Parts Teams can now email their RTA Part Warranty Claims directly to the vendor.

Warranty Columns available in Search Grid

Users can now add specific warranty information columns to the Master Parts Search Grid making seeing some of the key warranty information available at a glance.

Equipment service logs are now linked to employee labor records and part files, so posting to equipment now affects inventory levels. Service logs can be added from the Equipment file OR can now be added to an existing WO for any equipment, mounted or not.

Add the ability to include attachments to inspection items directly through the inspection
