Drafts holds reports saved with Save as draft, work not yet finished.

RTA Reports holds RTA's standard reports. It is read-only on the server and pinned above your own folders. Your folders sort alphabetically beneath it.

Neither managed folder can be selected when saving, moving, or copying a report.

No folder

A report does not have to live in a folder. No folder is a valid destination when saving, moving, or copying, and unfiled reports remain fully usable. Deleting a folder does not delete its reports, they become unfiled.

Copy is available on every report you can read. It creates a new report that you own and never modifies the source.

Shared vs. RTA standard

Both appear as reports you do not own, but they are distinct kinds:

  • A shared report shows "Shared by name" and runs under your access.

  • An RTA standard report shows the tooltip "RTA standard report, run, export, or copy it" and is not shared.

Sorting

The folder list is ordered on every change:

  1. RTA Reports, pinned to the top

  2. All other folders, alphabetically
