Scheduled chats in Ron360

A scheduled chat is a saved prompt that Ron360 runs automatically on a schedule — recurring fleet questions or jobs run without you asking each time.

Where to find it

Select the clock icon in the Ron360 chat window header to open the Scheduled chats panel. If you do not see the icon, scheduled chats are not enabled for your company yet.

Create a scheduled chat

  1. In the Scheduled chats panel, start a new schedule.

  2. Write the prompt — describe the work Ron360 should do each time it runs.

  3. Choose the chat: post each run to an existing chat, or start a new chat each run.

  4. Pick the facility — the facility sets the timezone the schedule runs in.

  5. Set the timing: start time (in the facility’s timezone), repeat daily, weekly, or monthly, an every-N cadence, and an optional end date.

Note: weekly schedules currently support one day per week.

Manage schedules

The panel lists your schedules with search and an All / Active / Paused filter. Select a schedule to edit its prompt, target chat, or timing, or to pause and resume it. Delete removes the schedule — the chat it posted to and its messages are kept.

Scheduled chats and your chat list

A chat that has a schedule attached shows a schedule badge in the chat list. Remove the schedule first if you want to delete that chat.

Scheduled chats vs scheduled reports

A scheduled chat runs a prompt inside Ron360 chat. A scheduled Ron360 Report emails a saved report on a schedule — they are different features.
