Estimate Work Order statuses

This reference describes the status values for an Estimate Work Order. Use it when you need to know what an estimate's current status means or what has to happen for it to move forward.

An Estimate Work Order is a cost estimate for proposed work, created before the work is approved and converted into a regular Work Order. Its statuses track that approval lifecycle rather than the maintenance-work lifecycle described in Work Order lifecycle.

This article describes the system-default statuses. Depending on configuration, a tenant's Estimate Work Order status list may include additional custom approval-stage statuses layered on top of the set below (Admin > Estimate Work Order Status Setup), used for multi-step approval routing.
