Summary/Use Case
Report Summary
The Work Order Scheduling report lists open work orders by facility with priority, customer, age, line counts, costs, and scheduled vs. remaining hours. Fleet managers can use it to prioritize work, balance technician capacity, and follow up on aging WOs before SLA or compliance deadlines.
Use Case
Triage WOs by priority and days opened to schedule the next shift.
Spot bottlenecks using Lines (Completed/Open/Total) and Hours (Scheduled/Remaining).
Review costs to date (parts, labor, tires) for budget control and approvals.
Filter by customer or WO number ranges to manage external/internal work.

Report Output and Data Elements
Report Output
The Work Order Scheduling report is grouped by Facility and then by Priority (e.g., “Priority: (3) Critical”). For each WO, it shows the vehicle, reason, status, customer, creation date, age in days, line counts (completed/open/total), cost buckets (parts, labor, tires), whether costs are posted, and technician hours (scheduled vs. remaining). Each work order is a hyperlink to the work order file within Fleet360.

7 | Days Opened | Number of days since the WO was created; if the WO is closed, then it will be the number of days from Create to Closed |
8 | Lines – Cmpl | Count of completed lines on the WO |
9 | Lines – Open | Count of open lines on the WO |
10 | Lines – Total | Total line count (Completed + Open) |
11 | Costs – Part | Accrued parts cost on the WO |
12 | Costs – Labor | Accrued labor cost on the WO |
13 | Costs – Tires | Accrued tire cost on the WO |
14 | Hours – Posted | Hours that have been posted to the WO so far |
15 | Hours – Scheduled | Technician hours scheduled against the WO |
16 | Hours – Remaining | Technician hours still needed to complete the WO (Scheduled - Posted) |
