Work Order Scheduling

COMING SOON!

Summary/Use Case

Report Summary

The Work Order Scheduling report lists open work orders by facility with priority, customer, age, line counts, costs, and scheduled vs. remaining hours. Fleet managers can use it to prioritize work, balance technician capacity, and follow up on aging WOs before SLA or compliance deadlines.

Use Case

  • Triage WOs by priority and days opened to schedule the next shift.

  • Spot bottlenecks using Lines (Completed/Open/Total) and Hours (Scheduled/Remaining).

  • Review costs to date (parts, labor, tires) for budget control and approvals.

  • Filter by customer or WO number ranges to manage external/internal work.

Report Output and Data Elements

Report Output

The Work Order Scheduling report is grouped by Facility and then by Priority (e.g., “Priority: (3) Critical”). For each WO, it shows the vehicle, reason, status, customer, creation date, age in days, line counts (completed/open/total), cost buckets (parts, labor, tires), whether costs are posted, and technician hours (scheduled vs. remaining). Each work order is a hyperlink to the work order file within Fleet360.
