Adding Equipment Files

1. Access the assets master list and click the Equipment tab.

2. Click the button in the upper right corner to add new equipment.

3. Every field with and asterisk symbol ( * ) must be filled.

4. In the Add Equipment window assign a unique number for this equipment.

5. The equipment’s description should then be entered - be sure it truly describes the description and would make sense to anyone looking at it.

6. Enter the type of equipment.

7. Year, serial, model, manufacturer, condition are optional fields.

8. If you are not mounting this equipment to a vehicle, skip step 9.

9. There is ability to instantly mount the equipment to a vehicle from this window, click the Mount to Asset toggle, this will then require you to add a vehicle and add the date it was mounted.

10. Click Add
