FleetHQ
FleetHQ is the Fleet360 landing page for understanding fleet health and deciding what deserves attention. It brings the Fleet Success score, the four pillar scores, and FleetHQ's own findings and recommended plans onto one page, so the question "how are we doing?" and the question "what should I look at next?" are answered in the same place.
The page holds two kinds of information that come from related but distinct processes. The score band summarizes recorded Fleet Success metrics, and states how many of each pillar's configured metrics are actually reporting. The insights workspace holds the findings FleetHQ has published — meaningful changes, sustained conditions, missing feeds, and measurement opportunities. A low score is not automatically a finding, and an empty findings list does not mean every pillar scores well.
Findings are advisory. FleetHQ can recommend work for a person or propose an action for an agent. In 26.10, approving an agent action records your decision — it does not execute anything. You decide whether a recommendation fits the fleet's circumstances.
New here? Start with Read your fleet's health on FleetHQ — a guided run through the page. For the concepts behind it, read What FleetHQ is.
Availability. Seeing the score band and seeing the insights workspace are separate access paths, so you may have one without the other. The workspace needs View FleetHQ, and recording any decision needs Act on FleetHQ Insights. FleetHQ visibility, automatic paid research, and the unified Home layout are three different tenant controls. See FleetHQ permissions and configuration.

FleetHQ tasks
Step-by-step guides. Use these when you know what you want to do and need the procedure.
Review fleet health and prioritize an insight — read the score band, connect a weak pillar to an active finding, and open its plan
Review an insight's analysis and evidence — summary, classification, root cause, evidence, ruled-out alternatives, and confidence
Complete or ignore a user task — record a decision on one step under Your Tasks
Approve or reject an agent action — record whether an agent-owned step has your go-ahead
Research an insight — ask for a root cause and plan for one eligible detector-only finding

FleetHQ troubleshooting
Use these when something on the page is missing, stale, or did not finish.
FleetHQ is not available — the module, or the workspace inside it, is not there
Insights fail to load or are stale — a load error is not an all-clear, and a stale list is not a current one
Research is unavailable or did not finish — credits, eligibility, an unfinished run, or an unusable analysis
