Imports New/Updated

Part Post to WO Import (new)

Fleets using external parts providers can now import parts transactions directly into Fleet360 using a structured file upload. Parts, quantities, pricing, and core charges can automatically post to open or recently closed work orders, helping your team update costs faster while reducing duplicate entry. This gives fleets outside the NAPA IBS ecosystem more flexibility to work with their preferred vendors and existing parts processes. 

Sold Asset Import (new)

The new Sold Asset Import helps fleets update disposal and auction information in bulk using spreadsheets or auction exports. Sale dates, sale prices, disposal methods, buyer information, and other sold asset details can now be updated directly within existing asset records, helping your team maintain cleaner lifecycle documentation and more accurate reporting with less manual entry.

Default Presets for Working Facility

Select a default working facility preset through your user settings so that as you change the working facility in Fleet360 your grid presets change to match that facility.

SSO - Multi-Tenant Support

Fleet360 now supports Single Sign-On across multiple tenants, making it easier for teams managing both live and test environments to move between systems using the same company credentials. Users can securely access multiple environments without maintaining separate login workflows, helping simplify day-to-day system access for enterprise fleets and IT teams.

Tax on PO Lines

You can now apply flat tax amounts directly to selected PO lines during receiving, giving your team more flexibility when vendor invoices don’t align perfectly with percentage-based tax calculations. Fleet360 automatically distributes the tax proportionally across selected lines based on item cost and quantity, helping maintain accurate purchasing records without additional manual adjustments. The workflow follows the same familiar experience as freight allocation, making it easy for parts teams to adopt quickly. 

Last Ordered PO # Enhancement

Fleet360 now includes blanket PO extension numbers directly within the Last Ordered PO field, giving purchasing and parts teams a clearer view into the most recent purchase activity tied to a part. By displaying the full PO reference, teams can identify the correct purchase order more quickly without needing to manually review additional purchasing history.
