Release 25.6

Feature/Function

Description

Vehicle Pop Up Notes

Bring the right information to the surface at the exact moment it’s needed. With pop-up notes and attachments tied directly to each asset, your team gets critical reminders, images, or files the instant they access an asset or create a work order. Whether it’s a safety alert, repair instruction, or key documentation, this feature helps reduce oversights and keeps everyone aligned.

Change WO Cost Permissions

Sometimes shop costs don’t follow the defaults. Now, with user permissions in place, approved staff can edit labor, parts, and tire costs directly within a work order. This added flexibility ensures accuracy in billing and reporting, while protecting your system from unauthorized edits.

New System Switches/Settings

Allow Cross Facility Posting in Fuel

Enable the ability to post fuel to assets that belong to other facilities

Post Parts in Fuel

Save time by posting small items like fluid top offs or wipers using quick fuel entry

Auto-Post EFI Transactions

Save time by selecting auto-post EFI transactions.

Tread Depth Default Measurement

Set the default measurements for tire and brake tread depths.

Default Fuel Price in Fuel Type

Eliminate repetitive data entry and boost accuracy with automatic fuel pricing. When recording fuel transactions, the system now pulls the price directly from your pump file as the default, saving time while still allowing overrides when you need them.

Share Line in Paperless Default

Decide whether your team can share a WO line with someone else.

Odometer Prompt

Determine what type and at what frequency odometer prompts will occur

Reports

Current Inventory List

Stay ahead of parts shortages and avoid costly overstocking. The Current Inventory List Report gives you a complete, organized snapshot of every part in your fleet’s inventory, including reorder points, vendor details, and total value on hand. With tracking based on “first in, first out,” you can confidently order what’s needed, when it’s needed, without relying on guesswork or clunky spreadsheets.

Parts Usage

Know exactly which parts are driving your maintenance costs. The Parts Usage Report consolidates vendor info, vehicle associations, and quantities for every part used in a work order. It also calculates totals, margins, and gains, giving managers the insight they need to improve repair planning, spot cost-saving opportunities, and control spend across the fleet.

Repair History

Get a complete story of every vehicle’s repairs without digging through dozens of work orders. The Repair History Report consolidates all repair activity into a single, structured timeline, showing VMRS codes, labor hours, charges, and parts costs. This visibility helps you decide when to repair, when to replace, and how to manage warranty or compliance requirements.

Tire History

Take the guesswork out of tire lifecycle management. The Tire History Report tracks each tire from installation to retread or scrap, recording manufacturer details, condition, mileage, and related work orders. With this insight, fleets can extend tire life, optimize retread opportunities, and reduce one of your highest ongoing operating expenses.

Open Fuel Transactions

Catch discrepancies before they turn into costly mistakes. The Open Fuel Transactions Report provides full visibility into unreconciled fuel activity, showing pump and tank data, fuel type, odometer readings, and total costs. With real-time tracking, fuel managers and accounting teams can spot billing errors or potential fraud early—ensuring accurate reporting and better cost control.

Parts Usage

Focus your attention where it matters most. The High-Low Use Parts Report highlights your most- and least-used parts, helping you anticipate demand, prevent downtime, and manage costs more effectively. By defining usage thresholds and pulling all relevant inventory, location, and cost details into a single view, you can make smarter purchasing and stocking decisions in minutes.
