Imports - System Users
When needing to add multiple users at once, the user imports can help save time. There are three user imports that would apply and they should be done in a specific order.
Primary User Import - This import will allow the creation of users, including Full, Tech and Driver license types. Set user details and build the foundation of a profile in bulk.
User Group Assignment Import - This import will help to group and assign permissions via User Group(s) to existing licensed users. Multiple permission groups can be configured for a user, based on an existing Username validation.
Employee Import - This import will allow the creation and link of employees such as techs or drivers to their User file. A user must exist in order to create and link an employee. Employee links must exist for techs to leverage Paperless Shop effectively.
