This report is beneficial for fleet managers to quickly assess vehicle readiness, availability status, and maintenance needs.

Use Case

  • Track vehicle availability and identify vehicles ready for assignment or maintenance.

Report Output

The Vehicle Status report displays a table listing each vehicle along with its associated attributes, including facility, year, make, model, department, customer, status, and availability. Users can easily view the status in a color-coded format, with related column indicating if the status is tracking as "Available” or "Unavailable".
