Summary/Use Case

Report Summary

The Tire History report provides a detailed view of tire records across a fleet, including information on tire status, size, manufacturer, vehicle assignment, and related transactions. Fleet managers can use this report to track tire lifecycles, understand usage patterns, and identify inventory and maintenance trends. This report is especially useful for parts or maintenance departments monitoring tire performance and utilization.

Use Case

  • Track the full history and lifecycle of individual tires from inventory through mounting, retreading, and scrapping

  • Monitor tire usage by vehicle, position, and manufacturer to support purchasing and maintenance decisions

  • Identify tire conditions and status to help ensure proper rotation and reduce premature wear

Report Output and Data Elements

Report Output

The Tire History report displays a chronological log of tire records grouped by tire number and includes detailed information such as transaction date, status, condition, vehicle mounted, tire specs, and costs. Key data points such as accumulated meter readings, work order references, tread depth, PSI, and total caps are shown per entry. The report also totals cost and cap usage for each tire entry where applicable.
