The Work Order Labor report provides a detailed breakdown of labor costs and hours logged by mechanics on individual work orders. This is valuable for fleet managers to evaluate labor utilization, cost efficiency, and mechanic performance across different vehicles and time periods.

Report Output and Data Elements
Report Output
The Work Order Labor report displays mechanic-level labor entries by transaction date, work order, and vehicle. It includes labor rate, hours worked, and total labor cost per entry. The report aggregates total hours and labor cost per mechanic, enabling insights into overall workload distribution and associated expenses.

6 | VMRS Code | VMRS (Vehicle Maintenance Reporting Standards) code identifying the task. |
7 | Labor Rate | Hourly cost rate applied for the mechanic's labor. |

9 | Total | Calculated total labor cost (Labor Rate × Hours). |
