Fleet Success score band
Field or indicator | Meaning |

Fleet success score | Overall score on a 0–100 scale. |
Rating and stars | The existing Fleet Success rating associated with the score. The visual bands are 0–39 at risk, 40–79 fair, and 80–100 strong. |
Period selector | Changes the scorecard period shown in the chart. |
Updated on: {date} | Figures are complete through the named date. Today's totals can continue changing until the day closes. |
Previously was: {value} | The most recent completed comparison value, shown when the newest period is still filling. |
Trend arrow and number | The difference between the rounded score shown now and its displayed comparison value. No arrow means no comparison is available. |
Pillar rows
The pillars appear in this order: Stakeholder Satisfaction, Intentional Culture, Resource Efficiency, and Risk Management.
Field or indicator | Meaning |

Pillar score | That pillar's score on the same 0–100 scale. |
{reporting} of {possible} reporting | How many configured metrics recorded data. Metrics that did not report count as zero in the pillar score. |
Not reporting | No configured metric in the pillar recorded data; the score is made entirely from zeros. |
{count} insights | Number of visible analysis findings for that pillar. Select it to move to the highest-priority finding in the workspace. |
Pillar name | Opens the pillar drill-down only when the user has its required permission and configuration. |
Insights and recommendations
Field or indicator | Meaning |

Number beside the heading | Total visible findings across the analysis and adoption lanes. |
+{count} queued | Additional findings waiting to surface as current findings resolve or are dismissed. |
Last analyzed {time} | Completion time of the latest successful tenant-wide FleetHQ run, not the browser's refresh time. |
Severity | Info, Warning, or Severe for an analysis finding. Positive and data-reliability findings are identified separately. |
Not measured yet | Adoption opportunities: configured metrics that have not begun reporting. |
View analysis | Opens the finding's summary, root cause or detector evidence, evidence list, ruled-out alternatives, and confidence when available. |
View metric | Opens the Fleet Success pillar screen and highlights the metric behind the finding. It is absent when no valid metric destination exists. |
Action counter | How many user tasks were actioned or agent actions were reviewed; ignore and reject count as decisions. |
Empty, loading, and stale states
No insights right now, your fleet is on baseline appears only after a successful response with no visible or queued findings. If queued findings exist, the empty state says how many will surface later.
A loading failure is explicitly labeled as a failure, not an all-clear. If a refresh fails after findings were already loaded, FleetHQ keeps the previous rows visible and labels them Showing the insights we loaded last.
