RTA standard report: PM Compliance (Ron360 Reports)

The PM Compliance report in the RTA Reports folder is a ready-made report RTA supplies. Like every RTA standard report it is read-only: you can run it, export it to CSV or PDF, or copy it and edit your own copy.

What the report shows

One row per posted PM event, grouped Facility → Customer → Vehicle. For each PM event the report shows the PM code, the vehicle’s primary meter type, the PM due date and due meter, the posted completion date, and whether the PM was past due.

After each vehicle group a summary row shows the total count and the percentages completed early, on time, and late.

By default the report covers posted PMs from the last 30 days; facility and customer are multi-select filter inputs you can change at run time.

The report is built on historical PM completion snapshots - how each completed PM fell relative to its due window when it posted. It reports completed PMs; it does not list which PMs are overdue right now.

Ask for more detail

To extend the report, copy it first and edit the copy by describing what to add. Examples that work with the PM data the report is built from:

  • "Add columns for the completing work order number and line, and how many days or meter units early or late each PM was completed."

  • "Add the vehicle’s department and class next to the PM code."

  • "Add a late-only section listing PMs completed more than 30 days or 5,000 units past due."

  • "Add early / on-time / late subtotals at the customer and facility levels, not just per vehicle."

  • "Make the report landscape and add a re-runnable date range and facility filter."

If you ask for a field the reporting data does not expose, Ron360 tells you it cannot add it instead of guessing.

Not the same report as Reports > PMs > PM Compliance

The Reports (Exago) menu has its own PM Compliance report under RTA Standard Reports > PMs - a different report with its own filters and parameters that happens to share the name. This article is about the Ron360 Reports standard report.
