Review fleet health and prioritize an insight
Use the FleetHQ landing page to identify a weak or incompletely reported pillar, connect it to an active finding, and open the recommended plan.
Before you begin
You need access to the Fleet Success scorecard to see the score band.
You need View FleetHQ to see the insights workspace.
The FleetHQ system switch must be enabled for your system.
Review the score band
Open FleetHQ
Read the Fleet success score and its Updated on date.
Choose the scorecard period you want to review.
Review each pillar's score and reporting label.
Treat Not reporting or a partial {reporting} of {possible} reporting label as part of the score, not as a separate warning. Missing metrics count as zero.
If a pillar name is a link, open it when you need the full scorecard detail.
Choose a finding
Look for an insight-count chip on a pillar row. Select it to move to that pillar's highest-priority visible finding.
In Insights and recommendations, compare the severity, metric name, pillar, age, and action progress of the visible findings.
Select a finding. Its recommended plan appears beside the list.
If +{count} queued appears, remember that the additional findings will surface as current ones resolve or are dismissed; there is no separate queue screen to open.
Select View metric to open and highlight the Fleet Success metric behind the finding, when that link is available.
Select View analysis before acting when you need the evidence and reasoning behind the finding.
The workspace opens on the first published finding by default. The list is already ordered by FleetHQ's publish priority; severity is one signal, but data-reliability, positive, and adoption findings deliberately use different visual treatment.
If there are no findings
No insights right now, your fleet is on baseline means the latest successful response contained no active or queued findings.
No active insights right now. {count} more are queued means the visible set is empty but additional findings are waiting to surface.
A load error is not an all-clear. Follow Insights fail to load or are stale.
