Ron360 Reports - Start Here

Ron360 Reports

Ron360 Reports builds a report from a plain-language description. You write what you want, the assistant plans the queries, fetches the data within your own permissions and facility access, and renders an HTML report. From there the report is yours to save, run again with different filters, share, export, schedule for email delivery, and organize into folders.

It is one of three separate reporting surfaces in Fleet360, alongside Reports and Legacy Reports. They are separately licensed and separately permissioned, and none replaces another.

New here? Start with Build your first report — a guided run through describing a report and saving it. For the concepts behind it, read How Ron360 Reports builds a report.

Availability. Ron360 Reports is available only when the Ron360 Reports feature flag, the RTAAI organization configuration, and the AI chat assistant system switch are all on, and when you hold the AI Reports View, Add, or Edit permission for the action you want. See Permissions and configuration.
