Overview
The M&R Dashboard: Causes, Reasons and Repair Types provides an examination of maintenance and repair practices focusing on the historical work order reason and line cause/repair type. It is part of the M&R Dashboards group.
Navigating the Dashboard
Log in and navigate to Home → Analytics → Dashboard.
Select M&R Dashboard: Causes, Reasons and Repair Types from the dropdown in the top-right corner. If it is not immediately visible, scroll down through the list to locate it.
Use the filter bar at the top of the dashboard to narrow data by the available filters.
Use the sub-tabs within each widget section to switch between views where available.

FAQs & Tips
Q: Why isn't the dashboard loading? Some browser settings (cookie blockers, strict privacy modes) can prevent the dashboard from rendering. See the browser settings guide linked at the top of this page, or contact tech support.
Q: How is Scheduled vs Unscheduled determined? Work orders with a reason code containing "SCHEDULED", "ROUTINE", or "PM" are labeled as "Scheduled". All other work orders are labeled "Unscheduled and Other".
Q: What is the Comeback Rate based on? The Comeback Rate counts work order lines that have a repair type containing "Rework", "Comeback", or "Comeba" in their description.
Q: What does "to Date" mean in the six-year widgets? The "to Date" widgets show data for the past six years from today's date, giving a rolling historical view of causes, repair types, and scheduled vs unscheduled jobs.
Q: What is the difference between calendar year and fiscal year views? Calendar year views use Jan–Dec. Fiscal year views use your organization's defined fiscal year dates set in the system settings.
Q: Can I filter multiple values at once? Yes. Most filter fields support multi-select. Click the filter field and select as many values as needed.
Q: What do the right-click options on a widget do? Right-clicking on any widget opens a Chart Options menu with the following actions:

Q: What do the selection toolbar icons mean? The toolbar icons appear at the top of the dashboard and allow you to interact with chart selections.
