Motor Pool Driver Validation
Purpose of Motor Pool Driver Validation
Keep Unauthorized Drivers Off the Road
Motor pool checkouts come with an optional driver validation step that helps protect your fleet. When enabled, RTA Fleet360 verifies license expiration and “good to drive” status before a vehicle can be checked out. If something isn’t right, the system stops the checkout so you can avoid unnecessary risk.
