Functionality

  • Performs a primary meter/alternate meter update.

  • Assets are matched using the VIN.

Setup Instructions

To enable mileage update with Platform Science, follow these steps:

  1. Confirm telematics integration, enable the Integration by clicking on the integration line

    Ensure that your Fleet360 account has an active integration with the supported telematics provider

  2. Click the (plus) Add

  3. Enter all the relevant information. Click Save at the bottom right to finalize.

  • Name: You can give it an Alias or Account Name

  • AMQP: Advanced Message Queuing Protocol

  • Disable: This allows you to essentially turn off the integration temporarily without having to delete the account

  • Is Telematics Enabled: Has the telematics been enabled
