What FleetHQ is
FleetHQ is the Fleet360 landing page for understanding fleet health and deciding what deserves attention. It puts the Fleet Success score, the four pillar scores, and FleetHQ's findings and recommended plans in one place.
The page answers three related questions:
How is the fleet performing? The score band shows the overall Fleet Success score and the four pillars: Stakeholder Satisfaction, Intentional Culture, Resource Efficiency, and Risk Management.
How complete is the picture? Each pillar states how many configured metrics are reporting. A score with missing inputs is therefore never presented without its coverage context.
What should I look at next? FleetHQ surfaces findings, links each one to its underlying metric, and places its recommended plan beside it.
One page, two kinds of information
The score band and the insights workspace come from related but distinct processes. The scorecard summarizes recorded Fleet Success metrics. FleetHQ evaluates those metrics for meaningful changes, sustained conditions, missing feeds, and measurement opportunities.
That distinction matters. A low score is not automatically a FleetHQ insight, and an empty insight list does not mean every pillar has a high score. Use the score band to understand performance and coverage; use the workspace to review the findings FleetHQ has published.
Findings are advisory
FleetHQ can recommend work for a person or propose an action. You remain responsible for deciding whether a recommendation fits the fleet's circumstances.
Findings also clear themselves when their metric recovers. The action buttons are for recording a decision or removing a finding sooner, not for keeping the underlying monitoring alive.
