Warranty Dashboard

Overview
The Warranty Dashboard provides a view of warranty transactions across your organization. It is divided into two sheets accessible via tabs at the top of the dashboard.

Navigating the Dashboard
Log in and navigate to Home → Analytics → Dashboard.
Select Warranty Dashboard from the dropdown in the top-right corner. If it is not immediately visible, scroll down through the list to locate it.
Use the sheet tabs at the top of the dashboard to switch between the two views.
Use the filter bar at the top of each sheet to narrow data by the available filters.
Sheet 1: Warranty Transactions

Create Date Drill Down | Filters by warranty create date using a drilldown hierarchy: Year → Quarter → Month → Week → Date |
Fiscal Year Create Date Drill Down | Filters by warranty create date using a drilldown hierarchy: Fiscal Year → Month → Date |
Filter by Zone | Filter all widgets by Zone |
Filter by Region | Filter all widgets by Region |
Filter by Facility | Filters all widgets to a specific facility |
Filter by Facility Abbreviation | Filters all widgets using the facility's abbreviated code |
Filter by Department | Filter all widgets by the vehicle's department |
Filter by Customer | Filter all widgets by the vehicle's customer |
Filter by Class Code | Filter by the vehicle's assigned class code or class description |
Filter by Warranty Type | Filters all widgets to a specific warranty type (e.g., Labor, OEM, Part, Tire, Tire Part) |

FAQs & Tips
Q: Why isn't the dashboard loading? Some browser settings (cookie blockers, strict privacy modes) can prevent the dashboard from rendering. See the browser settings guide linked at the top of this page, or contact tech support.
Q: What warranty types are available? Warranty types include Labor, OEM, Part, Tire, and Tire Part.
Q: Can I filter multiple values at once? Yes. Most filter fields support multi-select. Click the filter field and select as many values as needed.
Q: What do the right-click options on a widget do? Right-clicking on any widget opens a Chart Options menu with the following actions:

Download | Download the widget's data or chart as a file (e.g., CSV, image) |
See container options | Access additional options for the widget's container. Container options include: Full screen (expands the widget to full screen), Monitor in activity center (not available in RTA), Share (not available in RTA), Alerts (set threshold-based alerts on the container), and Notes (add or view notes on the container) |
Q: What do the selection toolbar icons mean? The toolbar icons appear at the top of the dashboard and allow you to interact with chart selections.
