Fleet360 has two supported Work Order designs. Use the article set that matches the screen you are using.

Switching between the two designs. Each user chooses their own design. In the left navigation menu, select the New! Work Order: ON/OFF button to open Work Order Design Preview, turn New Work Order Design on or off, and select Apply. The choice affects only the Work Order page and only your login; other users are not changed. If you do not see the New! Work Order button, the upgraded design is not yet available for your company and the original articles apply.
If you are not sure which design you have, compare your screen with the screenshots in the article before following the steps; steps written for one design will not match the other.
