Motor Pool Auto-Approval

This setting will enable automatic approval for reservations when an asset in the requested category is available. The Asset Assignment rules will then determine if an asset is auto-assigned or selected by the user.

Accessing Auto-Approval Settings

1. Navigate to the Motor Pool Main Menu and select the Settings Sub-Section.

2. Select the option for Auto-Approval from the main menu.

Enable Auto-Approval

1. Click on the Toggle to enable Auto-Approval.

2. Select the options Deny or Queue if assets are unavailable.

   1. The Deny option will automatically reject the requested reservation if no assets in the requested category is available.

      1. A denial notification will pop up stating the reason for the reservation denial.

   2. The Queue option will flag the reservation as “Requires Review”.

      1. An email will be sent to the requester stating the request is under review.

      2. The request will display in the Motor Pool queue (reservation list) with a status: Requires Review.

3. Click save when completed.
