Asset Equipment Tab

The asset equipment tab contains three panels showing, mounted list, service reminder, and service log history.

These three panels are filterable, sortable, exportable, and can have column customization applied to their view. Refer to Customizing List Columns for instructions regarding customizing columns and using the sort features.

Mounted List Panel

Viewing mounted equipment

The main section will automatically show a list of equipment that is mounted to the asset and will also allow you to dismount the equipment from here by clicking the Dismount button at the far right.

Mounting Equipment from the Asset File

  1. Click the (plus) button towards the top right of the mounted list section.

  2. The mount equipment window will pop-up, click in the equipment tab and search the one you desire to mount.

  3. Click next, then confirm by clicking Mount.

  4. You will see an Equipment Mounted pop-up message and the equipment should now show in the mounted list.

Service Reminder Panel

This section will show the PMs list that are assigned to the equipment that is mounted to the asset. You can view the PM info but cannot make any changes or edit the PM from here. To review how to edit a PM on equipment, refer to Editing Equipment PMs.

Service Log History Panel

This section will show a history of any service PM that has been logged for the equipment mounted to this asset. You also have the ability to log a service PM.

Logging a Service PM

  1. Click the (plus) towards the top right of the Service Log History section.

  2. Click in the equipment tab and select the one that you are logging for, you can also mark it as complete by clicking the Mark Service Complete toggle to the right.

  3. Under transactions click Add Item.

  4. Update the date, if necessary, enter the type, description, quantity and total for the service PM.

  5. Click the (plus)

  6. If you made a mistake, you have the ability to delete before posting by clicking the trashcan icon.

  7. If you need to add additional transactions continue to Add Item, until complete.

  8. Click Post.

  9. The service PM should now reflect in your Service Log History.
