Estimate Work Order Status

The Estimate Work Order Status feature provides a comprehensive view of the entire estimate process, allowing you to track its progress from initiation to completion. This ensures transparency, streamlines workflow management, and keeps you informed at every stage.

To view the Estimate Work Orders Status, navigate to:

Maint. & Repair ➝ Work Orders ➝ Estimate Work Order

Here are the available Estimate Work Order Status options, each representing a key stage in the process:

  • New – A newly created estimate that has not yet entered the review process.

  • Pending – The estimate is under review and awaiting approval.

  • Approved – The estimate has been reviewed and officially approved for further action.

  • WO Created – The estimate has been closed, and a corresponding work order has been generated for execution.
