Autocomplete Search Icon

Many fields within the Fleet360 software use an auto-complete feature, meaning, as the user types information into the field, the field populates a list of options that match the entered criteria. To further assist users, these auto-complete fields have been given an additional capability to help filter and find the exact information needing to populate those fields.

Look for the auto-complete search icon when active in an applicable field.

This icon will allow users to pull up the entire search grid (master list) for that field type where they can sort and filter the list in addition to searching to find the specific item they are looking for.

  1. Click the icon to launch the master list for that field type

  2. Use the sort, filter, and customize columns options to narrow the list down as necessary

  3. Click on the list item needing to e added into the field
