Overview

The Main Dashboard provides a current and historical view of asset availability, work order status, and preventive maintenance (PM) compliance across your organization. These are metrics that a Fleet Manager may need to know often, even daily. It is divided into two sheets accessible via tabs at the top of the dashboard.

Navigating the Dashboard

  1. Log in and navigate to Home → Analytics → Dashboard.

  2. Select Main Dashboard from the dropdown in the top-right corner.

  3. Use the sheet tabs at the top of the dashboard to switch between the two views.

  4. Use the filter bar at the top of each sheet to narrow data by Zone, Region, Facility, Department, Customer, Class Code/Class Description, or PM Code.

  5. Use the sub-tabs within each widget section to switch between views (e.g., by Department Name vs. Department Number).

A list of all active vehicles with their current vehicle status and availability that form the value in the "Percent of Assets Available" gauge.

Pie chart breaking down vehicles by their current status.

A list of all active vehicles with their current vehicle status that form the values in the "Vehicle Status" pie chart.

FAQs & Tips

Q: Why isn't the dashboard loading? Some browser settings (cookie blockers, strict privacy modes) can prevent the dashboard from rendering. See the browser settings guide linked at the top of this page, or contact tech support.

Q: Why do some charts show "The chart is not displayed because it contains only negative or zero values"? This appears when there is no data matching the current filters for that time period. Try clearing your filters or selecting a broader date range.

Q: What does the Percent of Assets Available gauge measure? It calculates the ratio of vehicles with an "available" status versus all active vehicles. It does not include assets that have been decommissioned or are otherwise inactive.

Q: Can I filter multiple values at once? Yes. Most filter fields support multi-select. Click the filter field and select as many values as needed.

Q: What is the difference between "by Year" and "by Fiscal Year" views? "By Year" uses calendar year (Jan–Dec). "By Fiscal Year" uses your organization's defined fiscal year dates that are set in the system settings.

Q: What do the right-click options on a widget do? Right-clicking on any widget opens a Chart Options menu with the following actions:

Container options include: Full screen (expands the widget to full screen), Monitor in activity center (not available in RTA), Share (not available in RTA), Alerts (set threshold-based alerts on the container), and Notes (add or view notes on the container)

Q: What do the selection toolbar icons mean? The toolbar icons appear at the top of the dashboard and allow you to interact with chart selections.
