Feedback Portal Tile
The RTA Feedback Portal website is currently unavailable. The Make A Difference link on the Home screen Feedback Portal tile does not work right now. To ask a question, report an issue or request a feature, use the Submit Feedback button at the top of Fleet360 instead, or RTA Support can submit the request for you.
Submitting Feedback or a Feature Request
Click Submit Feedback in the top bar of Fleet360.
Enter your First Name, Last Name and Email (required) and a phone number if you would like a call back.
Choose the Issue Topic that matches the area of Fleet360 the request is about.
Select Ask a Question, Report an Issue, Request a Feature or Other. For a change to how Fleet360 works - a new option, a longer field, a new report - choose Request a Feature.
Describe the request - include the screen and field it is about, what Fleet360 does today and what you would like it to do - and click Submit.
