Summary/Use Case
Report Summary
The Repair History (New) report provides a detailed log of all repair work completed within a specified time range, broken down by VMRS codes, work order numbers, and associated labor and parts costs. This report is useful for fleet managers to track repair trends, identify high-cost maintenance areas, and analyze asset-level maintenance histories for improved budget planning and vehicle lifecycle decisions.

Report Output and Data Elements
The Repair History (New) report output displays a breakdown of all vehicle repairs within the selected date range, organized by asset, VMRS codes, and grouped by vehicle class (as per parameter selection). The report totals are displayed for each asset and include labor hours and costs, parts, tires, and other related expenses. It provides visibility into both internal and external repair costs, with totals at the bottom summarizing the entire data set.
