Refer to Work Order TOC for more information on work order processes.
You can also click on the chevron icon to expand the Work Order line information.
Once the information panel opens, you can quickly review each line of the work order. You can see line #, VMRS code, VMRS description, total line cost, labor cost, parts cost, tire cost, labor hours, line status, and line notes.
About the VMRS Code column. The Ready for Review list is a work-order summary list. Its optional VMRS Code column shows a single work-order-level summary value, not every line’s VMRS code. It can display 000-000-000 or Not on file when the work order has no single summary VMRS code, for example when the lines use different VMRS codes or none is set at the work-order level. This does not mean the lines are missing VMRS codes. To see the actual VMRS code for each line, expand the row with the chevron icon or open the work order.
Editing Work Order Information
During the review process, it may be necessary to edit transactions for parts and labor or make other edits. This can be done prior to the work order being closed.
