Report Summary
The Accident Cost Report provides a detailed overview of accident-related work orders, including vehicle details, accident dates, costs, and work order statuses. This report helps fleet managers track expenses associated with vehicle accidents, identify trends, and manage repair costs effectively.
Note: Accidents included on this report originate from the Accident module

Report Output and Data Elements
Report Output
The Accident Cost Report displays a table with accident-related work orders, listing vehicles, accident dates, work order numbers, statuses, and cost breakdowns (labor, parts, towing, and total expenses). Totals are calculated at the bottom for labor hours, labor cost, parts, outside labor, and other expense categories.
