Report Summary

The Accident Cost Report provides a detailed overview of accident-related work orders, including vehicle details, accident dates, costs, and work order statuses. This report helps fleet managers track expenses associated with vehicle accidents, identify trends, and manage repair costs effectively.

Note: Accidents included on this report originate from the Accident module

Use Case

  • Monitor accident-related expenses across the fleet to improve budgeting and cost control

  • Identify high-cost incidents and evaluate repair costs for insurance or reimbursement purposes

  • Track open and closed accident-related work orders to ensure timely resolution

  • Assess vehicle accident history to support decision-making on vehicle replacement or retention

Report Output and Data Elements

Report Output

The Accident Cost Report displays a table with accident-related work orders, listing vehicles, accident dates, work order numbers, statuses, and cost breakdowns (labor, parts, towing, and total expenses). Totals are calculated at the bottom for labor hours, labor cost, parts, outside labor, and other expense categories.
