Job Hours 1–7 are the standard (estimated) labor hours the job code carries per equipment class: 1 Light, 2 Medium, 3 Heavy, 4 Trailer, 5 Other, 6 Repair, 7 Check. When the job is added to a work order, the hours matching the asset’s class become the labor estimate; the Repair and Check values apply by the line’s repair-code status.

Miscellaneous fills the Misc field on the VMRS code record. It is an optional, informational-only value that fleets commonly use for an alternate or cross-reference job code; the system does not use it for job matching, estimated hours, warranty tracking or billing. The field holds up to 11 characters.
