FleetHQ permissions and configuration
Permissions

All default roles include the View FleetHQ permission, and the admin role includes the Act on FleetHQ Insights permission. Administrators can change role assignments, so effective access may differ by tenant.
The Fleet Success score band has its own existing scorecard permissions and pillar configuration. A user may therefore see the score band without seeing the FleetHQ workspace, or may see a pillar name without being able to open its drill-down.

The automatic-research switch is available only when FleetHQ is enabled. An unreadable or missing automatic-research setting is treated as off.
Manual Research this one is intentionally separate from automatic research. An authorized user may request research for one eligible finding even when automatic research is off.
