Organize reports with folders
Reports are organized into folders you create. Two folders are managed by Fleet360 and behave differently from the ones you make: Drafts and RTA Reports.
Create a folder
Go to Ron 360 Reports.
In the reports list, select Create folder.
Enter a Folder name and save.
You can also create a folder without leaving what you are doing, the New folder option appears in the save, move, and copy pickers.
Move a report into a folder
Select the report, open its actions, and select Move.
Choose the destination. A check icon marks where the report is now.
No folder removes it from its current folder without deleting it.
New folder creates one and moves the report into it.
The move happens as soon as you choose, there is no separate confirm step.
You can only move reports you own.
Copy a report
Copying makes an independent report that you own. It is the only way to get an editable version of something you did not create.
Select the report, open its actions, and select Copy.
Enter a Copy name, it defaults to "Copy of report name" and allows up to 255 characters.
Choose a Destination folder.
Select Copy.
Copy works on reports you do not own, reports shared with you and RTA standard reports both. It never changes the original. You need the AI Reports Add permission, the same one required to build a report.
Rename or delete a folder
Open the folder's menu in the reports list and choose Rename folder or Delete folder.
Deleting a folder does not delete its reports: "Delete this folder? Reports in the folder will remain available without a folder." They become unfiled and stay in your list.
The two managed folders

Neither can be renamed, deleted, or shared, and neither can be chosen as a destination when you save, move, or copy a report.
If it doesn't work
Drafts and RTA Reports are missing from the destination list. This is intended. Both are managed by Fleet360 and reject writes. Pick or create a different folder.
Move is not offered. You do not own the report. Copy it instead, you own the copy and can file it wherever you like.
RTA Reports will not stay in alphabetical order. It is pinned to the top on purpose, and stays there no matter what you name your own folders.
"Failed to move report." / "Failed to save folder." / "Failed to delete folder." The change did not save. Refresh the list to confirm the current state before retrying.
