FleetHQ is not available
FleetHQ is missing from the expected location, Home still uses the previous layout, a FleetHQ bookmark redirects elsewhere, or the score band appears without Insights and recommendations.
Diagnostic steps
Confirm the tenant. FleetHQ settings and permissions apply to the working tenant. Switch to the tenant you intended to review and reload.
Check the tenant's FleetHQ System Switch. An administrator should open System Switches > General > FleetHQ and confirm FleetHQ is on. → FleetHQ is switched off, below.
Check your role. If the score band appears but Insights and recommendations does not, you likely lack View FleetHQ. → The insights workspace is missing, below.
Check whether other users in the same tenant are affected. If correctly authorized users also cannot open FleetHQ, contact RTA Support; an RTA rollout control or service failure may be blocking it.
Resolution paths
FleetHQ is switched off
Ask a tenant administrator to enable FleetHQ in System Switches. Turning on a permission alone does not override the tenant switch. The setting is tenant-wide and can take up to about 30 seconds to be reflected by every request.
The insights workspace is missing
Ask an administrator to add View FleetHQ permission to your role. Fleet Success scorecard access and FleetHQ insight access are separate, so seeing the scores does not prove you can see insights.
To make decisions or request research, you also need Act on FleetHQ Insights permission.
A FleetHQ bookmark redirects to Home
This is expected when the unified page is enabled. /fleet-hq and the Fleet Success root redirect to Home because their content now lives there. The redirect retains the tenant and facility context. Pillar drill-down pages remain available at their own routes.
