Create a Work Order PDF
Steps
On the Work Order, select Create PDF. Fleet360 shows two options: Standard and Mechanic.
Select Standard for a full copy of the Work Order that includes job pricing and cost totals, or select Mechanic for a technician worksheet that lists each job's line, repair and cause codes, assigned mechanic, quantity, hours, and part number without pricing. Fleet360 opens a preview of the PDF in a new browser tab.
On the preview, select the download icon to save the file, or select the print icon to print it.
Fleet360 downloads or prints the Work Order PDF you selected.
If this step fails
If Fleet360 can't generate the preview, it shows a "Failed to create PDF" message and no new tab opens. Try selecting Create PDF again; if the problem continues, contact your administrator.
