Work Order fields
This reference covers the fields on a Fleet360 Work Order. Use it when you need to know what a specific field means, what values it accepts, or who sets it. For step-by-step instructions on creating or editing a Work Order, see the related tasks below.
Work Order identification

Work Order number | Unique identifier for this Work Order. Assigned automatically when the Work Order is created. Used for search, reporting, and cross-reference. | System |
Status | Current state of the Work Order in its lifecycle. See Work Order status values. | System and user |
Work Order header fields
These fields appear in the Work Order header area and describe the context and purpose of the Work Order. Some are editable after creation.

Reason | The reason category for this Work Order — for example, Scheduled Maintenance, Breakdown, Inspection. Helps classify work for reporting and cost analysis. | Yes |
Priority | The urgency level of this Work Order — for example, Major, Minor, Critical. Used to triage and schedule work. | Yes |
Shop ID | The shop or facility where the work is being performed. | Depends on configuration |
Customer | The internal or external customer associated with this Work Order, if applicable. | Yes |
WO Meter | The asset's odometer or hour meter reading at the time the Work Order was opened. Used for maintenance interval tracking. | Yes — via the Edit Meter action |
Vendor | The outside vendor performing work, if this Work Order involves sublet or outside work. | Depends on configuration |
Work Order summary fields
These fields appear in the Work Order summary area and are calculated or system-maintained. They are read-only.
Field | Description |

Scheduled In | The date the asset was scheduled to arrive for service. |
Scheduled Out | The date the asset was scheduled to be returned. |
Days Open | The number of calendar days since the Work Order was created. |
Jobs | Total number of jobs on this Work Order. |
Completed | Number of jobs that have been closed. |
Remaining | Number of jobs still open. |
Completion | Percentage of jobs closed, calculated as Completed ÷ Jobs. |
Labor | Total labor cost from all labor postings across all jobs. |
Cost | Total cost from all postings (labor, parts, tires, miscellaneous) across all jobs. |
