Technicians, service writers, and shop managers each have tasks in this domain throughout the life of a maintenance event.

The Work Order design
The Work Order screen has been fully updated to the new design for all companies. The previous design — and the New! Work Order: ON/OFF toggle that switched between them — has been retired. There is no toggle and no way to switch back. The articles in this set describe the current Work Order screen.
