Tire Module

The Tire Module is used to track and manage all aspects of a fleet’s tires including inventory, usage, cost, maintenance history, and retreading. It helps improve tire performance, reduce costs, and ensure safety through better lifecycle tracking and reporting.

Recall Management

To identify, track, and manage manufacturer-issued recalls across your fleet by linking affected assets, organizing repair actions, and ensuring compliance—all in one centralized system. The module uses NHTSA data as its primary resource to automatically pull in relevant recall information by year, make, and model.

New System Switches

System Date Range

Allows the system to accept valid dates that are between a range of dates or days for posting purposes. Day Range is relative to today, while Date Range is fixed and based on specific calendar dates.

Auto Close Purchase Orders

Controls how purchase orders are closed when the final open line is received. When turned on, the system will automatically close the purchase order without prompting once all items are received.
