Approve or reject an agent action
Review an agent-owned recommendation and record whether FleetHQ has permission to proceed with it.
Before you begin
You need Act on FleetHQ Insights (
fleetHq:act).Approval is advisory in 26.10. It records your go-ahead; it does not execute the proposed action automatically.
Approve an action
Select the insight whose plan you want to review.
In the recommended plan, locate the open step marked The agent will handle this once approved and read its rationale.
Select View analysis if you have not yet checked the root cause, evidence, ruled-out alternatives, and confidence.
Select Approve.
In Approve agent action?, confirm that you want the recommendation recorded as approved.
The step changes to Approved, and the reviewed counter increases. No operational change is made automatically in this release.
Reject an action
Select Reject on the open agent action.
Optionally enter a reason. The reason helps FleetHQ learn which recommendations should not be trusted or repeated.
Confirm the decision.
The step changes to Rejected, and it counts as reviewed.
Approving or rejecting one action does not apply the same decision to the other steps in the plan.
