Review an insight's analysis and evidence
Open an insight's analysis to separate what FleetHQ measured from the conclusion it proposes before deciding on the plan.
Before you begin
You need the View FleetHQ permission.
Review the finding
In Insights and recommendations, select the finding you want to inspect.
Select View analysis.
Read Summary for the customer-facing description of the finding.
Check its classification:
Performance concerns fleet performance.
Data reliability concerns whether the metric is dependable enough to support a decision.
Good news identifies favorable movement.
Opportunity identifies a metric that is not measured yet.
Read Root cause when it is present. Treat it as FleetHQ's supported explanation, not as the raw metric observation.
Review Evidence. The labels distinguish recent trends, metric definitions, fleet activity, earlier findings, and notes.
Review Ruled out to see which alternatives FleetHQ tested and rejected.
Use the confidence level, Low, Medium, or High, as context for the conclusion.
Close the analysis and compare the recommended steps in the plan pane.
Select View metric when you want to verify the underlying scorecard tile and chart.
If the finding was not fully researched
Not researched means the card reports detector evidence and does not claim a root cause. Review its next check, or request Research an insight.
Deeper dive needed means an investigation found partial information but did not reach a complete root cause. Read What the deep dive found so far as a lead, not a conclusion.
Analysis unavailable means a research attempt did not produce a usable analysis. Do not infer a root cause from the detector summary.
Record your decision
After checking the evidence, complete or ignore a user task, approve or reject an agent action, or close the entire finding with Got it or Not useful when those controls are offered.
