RTA Web - Facility File General Tab
The General Tab for the Facility File houses all of the billing and shipping address information for the facility.
These fields include the street address, suite/building number, city, state, zip code, attention to/contact individual, and contact phone number.
These addresses can be the same or different.
Fields editable by clicking in the field, making adjustments, and clicking the check mark to save each changed field.
