Contacts Tab
The contacts tab ties to the operator field. That operator field now looks at the contacts and pulls from there. You can add additional contacts like motor pool drivers, supervisors, additional drivers and more.
Adding a New Contact
In the asset file, click on the contacts tab in the menu.
Select the button towards the top right of that section.
A tab will open towards the bottom of the window. There are two ways to add a contact in the file, E.g. Image A and Image B.
(Image A) Select a contact from the drop-down list. Then, click add at the bottom right.
(Image B) Select create at the bottom right of the window and fill in the contact information.
Your contacts will now display in the contacts' window. You can add multiple contacts if needed.
Deleting a Contact
Select the contact you wish to delete by click the box next to their name, then proceed to click the trashcan icon. A remove window will pop up, click remove to confirm.
