Web Application for Part Maintenance (Hosted)
Users can now look up and manage parts from the website app.rtafleet.com and not just the mobile app. You still must be on our hosted platform to have access to this feature. To do so, go to the website and click sign in. Enter in your hosted credentials with the user format as firstname.lastname@example.org. Once you are logged in, you will see the screen below.
To manage your parts you will want to click on the parts button on the left.
You will notice in the screen shot above, that you will see a list of your parts as well as your first part will be displayed with the on hand quantity. You can either scroll through your parts or use the search button. You can use this tool to check your on hand quantities or mark a part adjustment. To make an adjustment, enter the new amount in the desired bin, state the reason for the change, enter your part price and say you made the change. Then hit the save button. Once it has finished, you will see a message that says part updated.
