Edit Work Order or Add to Purchase Order


  1. Double Click on the WO line and it will open the auto-created Work Order that is now attached to the Road Call.
  2. An outside line will already be added and is ready to be posted.
  3. You can add lines to the WO and they will be linked to the Road Call.
  4. Post all of the parts, tires, and labor you want to the Work Order.
  5. Close the work order when completed (RTA will close the PO if one was created)
  6. If all work is done on the Road Call, change its status to Closed.
  7. A print of the Road Call can be done if needed.
